We're looking for a Business Development Manager - Property Sourcing to help us grow our social housing portfolio across London and the surrounding M25 region. You'll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing suitable properties from private landlords, agents, and developers that meet Switch's high standards and local authority requirements. This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham with flexible working, ideal for a motivated property professional with strong local connections and a passion for creating quality housing solutions. As a Business Development Manager - Property Sourcing, you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties.
