Business Development Manager – Modular Accommodation (North)
Location: North – Field-based

About the Role

As Business Development Manager – North, you'll focus on developing a pipeline of work, securing repeatable contracts, and raising the profile of Select Modular Accommodation in your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients in the modular accommodation sector.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in private and public sectors.
  • Develop strategies to grow market share, supported by research and client insights.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular reports on pipeline and activity.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience within modular accommodation or related sector.
  • Results-driven, with strong negotiation and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
Other Considerations
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
