Business Development Manager – Media Agency

Fantastic media sales opportunity for a highly driven, results‑oriented media sales individual to join a rapidly growing media agency. As a Business Development Manager you will be at the forefront of identifying and securing lucrative advertising opportunities and selling them to a diverse range of clients.

Canary Wharf, London

Fully office based.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and proposing tailored media solutions.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle—from identifying leads and prospecting to closing deals, preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful campaign execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to guide sales strategies and product development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months B2B new business sales experience.
  • Experience in self‑generating leads and in media, advertising or a similar industry.
  • Desire to work and learn in an office environment five days a week.
  • Good understanding of the media landscape and advertising trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 plus excellent benefits.
