Business Development Manager | Flexibles | UK | £60k+

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for laminates, film, and flexible packaging within Bakery, Confectionery/Snacks, Pet food and Cleaning Product markets
  • Building and managing a pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and outreach
  • Developing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
