Qualifications

  • Experience and passion for new business and origination.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and influence others.
  • Experience and knowledge of Corporate & Commercial Banking.
  • Some experience of financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of related risks and management.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Business Development Director to drive new business activity.
  • Utilize new tools to deepen market penetration.
  • Understand prospect data in line with risk models.
  • Coordinate connectivity and events with various directors.
  • Manage calling programmes and Keep in Touch strategy.
  • Drive engagement of key marketing initiatives.
