Job summary

Alecto Recruitment is recruiting a Business Development Manager for the Data Centre sector in the UK. The role focuses on meeting clients, developing new relationships and supporting existing partnerships in Building Management Systems (BMS).

You will identify and secure new BMS opportunities, build relationships with data centre owners, operators, consultants and contractors, and present technical and commercial proposals to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within the building management systems sector.
• Strong understanding of BMS solutions and building controls.
• Experience developing customer relationships and generating new business.
• Ability to interpret client specifications and produce detailed BMS points lists.

Alecto Recruitment is working closely with our client who are a UK leading and specialist within the Building management systems (BMS) sector.

They are currently recruiting for a sales manager for their data centre sector.

The Role:

• The role is centred around the Data Centre sector with most of the time focused on meeting with clients, developing new relationships and supporting existing partnerships


• Identify, develop and secure new Building management systems (BMS) business opportunities within the data centre sector


• Develop relationships with data centre owners, operators, consultants and contractors


• Achieve agree sales and business growth targets


• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.

Requirements:

• We are looking for you to have proven sales experience within the building management systems sector


• Strong understanding of BMS Solutions and building controls


• Experience developing customer relationships and generating new business


• Ability to interpret client specifications and produce detailed BMS points lists
