Alecto Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager for the BMS/Data Centre sector in the UK. The role focuses on meeting clients, building new relationships, and supporting existing partnerships to drive revenue.

The successful candidate will identify and secure new BMS opportunities, build relationships with data centre owners, operators, consultants and contractors, and deliver technically sound proposals to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within the Building Management Systems sector.
• Strong understanding of BMS solutions and building controls.
• Experience developing customer relationships and generating new business.
• Ability to interpret client specifications and produce detailed BMS points lists.

Responsibilities

• The role is centred around the Data Centre sector with most of the time focused on meeting with clients, developing new relationships and supporting existing partnerships.
• Identify, develop and secure new Building management systems (BMS) business opportunities within the data centre sector.
• Develop relationships with data centre owners, operators, consultants and contractors.
• Achieve agreed sales and business growth targets.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
