Job summary

Alecto Recruitment is working with a UK leading specialist within the Building Management Systems (BMS) sector. They are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for the data centre sector.

The role focuses on meeting clients, developing new relationships and supporting existing partnerships, identifying BMS opportunities within data centres, and presenting technical and commercial proposals to secure growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within the BMS sector.
• Strong understanding of BMS solutions and building controls.
• Experience developing customer relationships and generating new business.
• Ability to interpret client specifications and produce detailed BMS points lists.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and develop new relationships within the data centre sector.
• Identify and secure new BMS opportunities in data centres.
• Develop relationships with data centre owners, operators, consultants and contractors.
• Achieve agreed sales and business growth targets.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
