Job summary

SER Limited seeks a BMS Business Development Manager to drive growth across London and the Home Counties. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships and manage deals from enquiry to award. The role suits a motivated sales professional with BMS/building services knowledge.

Offering a £60,000 base salary plus £6,000 car allowance and a 1% sales bonus on completed projects, with pension, healthcare and holidays. Travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales/business development experience within BMS, BEMS, HVAC controls or building services.
• Strong understanding of BMS and building controls.
• Proven ability to generate and convert new business.
• Confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

My client is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven BMS Business Development Manager to help grow their presence across London and the Home Counties.
