If you are you a Business Development Manager within the logistics industry looking to join a growing business with global reach and long-term career potential?

  • Hybrid (1 day office / 4 days field-based near Heathrow)
  • £45,000£50,000 + Car Allowance + Mileage + Commission to be agreed
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible office hours)

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Acquire and grow new business in cross-border logistics and eCommerce
  • Build relationships and lead commercial discussions with key clients
  • Represent the business at trade shows and industry events
  • Share insights with internal teams to influence strategy

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 2+ years as a Business Development Manager within the logistics industry
  • Experience in eCommerce, international courier, or export logistics
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and managing sales cycles
  • Knowledge of PUWER and LOLER regulations (preferred)
  • Strategic, self-starting approach with strong commercial awareness
  • Full UK driving licence
