A prestigious hotel in North Bovey seeks a passionate salesperson to drive corporate and leisure business initiatives. The role requires creativity and a proactive approach to developing a modern sales strategy while driving sales initiatives. Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality and possess exceptional networking and collaborative skills. note: our hotel is in a very remote location and is not accessible by public
transport.*
This role is based at Bovey Castle working as part of our
wider Sales team as our ‘person on the ground’ and is the only role of this
nature across our portfolio. It makes it a really exciting
opportunity for someone to join us, to help shape the role and ultimately drive
sales whilst identifying new business opportunities.
This role is 4 days per week - 32 hours per week
You will be Responsible for driving Corporate and Leisure
introductions following the strategic goals set for Bovey Castle. Identifying
market opportunities through direct face to face appointments, events and
networking within key areas in the Southwest such as Bristol and Exeter.
Your focus will be on proactive approach to
driving a modern sales strategy which reflects the diverse offering of the
hotel and its activities – focusing on both leisure and corporate to ultimately
drive sales.
You will need to be highly collaborative, passionate to
learn and able to inject new ideas to create and launch new sales initiatives.
This is not a role for someone who is ‘desk happy’ but
someone who wants to be out, networking and securing business.
