Job description
The Role

This is a field‑based Business Development Manager role in the North West, focused on seeking new business in the medical imaging sector.

You will speak with individuals and KOLs throughout the NHS and private healthcare sector, focusing on medical imaging products (capital) and associated consumables.

You will engage consultants and other key surgical staff, winning confidence in the products and service provided by our award‑winning company.

Your work will involve targeting hospitals and trusts while maintaining existing relationships and growing the customer base across the region.

Full initial training will be provided with ongoing career development.

The Ideal Person

Ideally, you will be a capital equipment sales specialist within the medical arena with over 2 years of experience; however, this is not a prerequisite. We consider technical medical device experience suitable.

A candidate with any medical device sales experience is suitable, provided they know the industry well and have experience working with KOLs in the sector.

A good attitude and strong sales background are essential. This is not an account‑management role; you need to enjoy winning new business.

Candidates must live on the patch.

Full UK driving licence is essential.

Right to work in the UK is essential - no sponsorship available.
