Job summary

Snowdon Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new-business growth in the facilities management and related sectors. You will prospect, build relationships and manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in FM, maintenance, construction, property or electrical services, a strong lead-generation track record, and the ability to engage decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, Construction, Property or Electrical Services.
• Strong track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; confident dealing with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive new-business growth from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation and conversion.

An ambitious and growing business within the facilities, maintenance and property services sector is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new-business growth.

This is a genuine new-business role for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and winning new clients. You will have significant autonomy to develop your own pipeline and manage the sales process from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation and conversion.

The successful candidate will ideally have proven business development experience within Facilities Management, Maintenance, Construction, Property or Electrical Services, with a strong track record of generating their own leads and achieving sales targets.

You will need excellent communication and relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, confidence dealing with decision-makers and a full UK driving licence.
