Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment in Manchester is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by securing commercial M&E maintenance, facilities management and building solutions contracts. The role is hybrid with a salary of £60,000–£65,000 DOE plus car allowance.

You will develop and win new business opportunities, build relationships with managing agents, property owners and commercial clients, attend client meetings, networking events and site surveys, and support

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' business development experience in M&E Maintenance, FM or Building Solutions.
• Proven track record securing contracts worth £100k–£2m per annum.
• Strong network within the commercial property sector.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of M&E maintenance services.
• Full UK driving licence.

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

The Role

About You

• Minimum 5 years' business development experience within M&E Maintenance, Facilities Management or Building Solutions.

• Strong network within the commercial property sector.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of M&E maintenance services.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

• Engineering background or qualification.
• Experience with Maximo or similar systems.
• Public Sector/OJEU tender experience.
• Existing network across the North West and Midlands.
