Arc Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a rapidly growing national services business. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, identify opportunities, and manage the customer journey from first contact through to account development.
Training will be provided on products and procedures, with an emphasis on achieving targets and earning uncapped commission. The role offers a clear path for progression within a growing sales team.
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing national services business, who are looking to appoint an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to join their expanding sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, results-focused salesperson who enjoys winning new business, building strong customer relationships and maximising opportunities with existing customers.
The role is deliberately commission-focused, offering uncapped earning potential for someone with the ambition, determination and proven sales ability to succeed.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with both new and existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and managing the customer journey from initial engagement through to ongoing account development.
Our client provides specialist services to organisations across both the public and private sectors, supporting customers with the management, testing, maintenance and emergency response requirements associated with critical fuel storage systems.
Industry experience is not essential, as full training will be provided on the company's products, services and procedures.
The successful candidate will have previous sales or business development experience, ideally with a proven track record of achieving targets and generating new business.
The salary for this position is £30,000-£35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Candidates seeking the higher salary of £35,000 must have a demonstrable and stable work history specifically within Business Development Manager or Business Development Executive roles, together with evidence of consistent sales performance, new business generation and achievement of targets.
Candidates without this level of demonstrable and relevant experience may still be considered, but would be offered a salary towards the lower end of the advertised range.
With uncapped commission, profit share and genuine opportunities for progression, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and play an important role in its continued success.
