A leading distribution and home delivery company is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager based anywhere in the Midlands. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring new business in both the Private and Public Sector, with a strong emphasis on meeting substantial revenue targets and driving growth in e-commerce parcel solutions. This home-based role offers flexibility but requires strong motivation and a proven sales track record.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Development Manager, based anywhere in the Midlands, including Staffordshire, Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Worcester, and Coventry.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business within the Private and Public Sector, selling both UK Domestic and International E-commerce Parcel solutions, mainly small Packet and Parcel services, along with associated value-added services.
You will work towards divisional KPIs, including a territory new business revenue target of approximately £900k to £1 million, to be agreed upon appointment, depending on salary. The role is predominantly focused on new business, requiring highly determined and focused individuals with the drive to succeed.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in high-level new business sales within e-commerce parcel/packet sales. Applicants from similar service-related backgrounds will not be considered. You should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and possess a strong character with the will to drive the business forward.
This role is working from home, with a requirement to visit the office once or twice a month.
