Insurtech Insights in London is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead high-value sponsorship sales for our conferences and accelerate growth. You will own the full sales cycle, engaging with senior prospects and delivering compelling sponsorship proposals.

You will collaborate with marketing, analytics and content teams, build lasting relationships, and contribute to strategy while traveling to international conferences.

Qualifications

• Sales excellence: At least 2 years of B2B sales experience and evidence of regularly outperforming targets.
• Drive & Passion: Evidence of a passion for sales and business development.
• Team Spirit: Curious about people and love to speak, build and nurture relations.
• Communication Maestro: Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
• Pride in Work: Uphold the highest standards, ensuring every task you undertake is a testament to quality.
• Start date: As soon as possible.

Responsabilités

• Build new business revenue: Deliver credible, professional sales pitches to new prospects to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Pipeline development: Source, contact and set up meetings with potential sponsors with marketing and analyst support.
• Establish client relationships: Work with content and delivery teams to ensure best-in-class delivery.
• Leverage our expertise: Create compelling pitches with the content team to inspire prospects.
