Insurtech Insights, a fast-growing insurtech events group, is hiring a Business Development Manager in London to own the full sponsorship sales cycle.

Based at our Victoria HQ, you’ll close high-value partnerships, travel internationally to conferences, and work with senior leadership to shape conference strategies.

The role offers a competitive salary with market-leading OTE and clear progression within the group.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Driven with a passion for sales and business development.
• Team player who builds relationships and collaborates across teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Pride in delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Build new business revenue by selling conference sponsorships.
• Pipeline development with marketing and analyst teams to set meetings with sponsors.
• Establish client relationships with content and delivery teams to ensure delivery.
• Collaborate with content team to create compelling sponsor pitches.
