A leading packaging solutions firm in the UK is seeking a Business Development Executive. This role focuses on lead generation and engaging with high-end brands in the food, cosmetics, and lifestyle sectors. You will conduct outreach to decision-makers and collaborate with teams for smooth handover of leads. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of business development experience and be capable of cold calling. The package includes a base salary of £35K-£45K plus OTE and benefits.
London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in Waterloo office)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company renowned for its creative design, sustainability focus, and unique end-to-end service – from concept and print through to production and delivery.
The Company
Our client is an established packaging design and manufacturing company, recently acquired by a larger industry group and now entering an ambitious phase of growth.
Working with some of the UK’s most recognisable and fast-growing consumer brands – particularly in food, cosmetics, and premium FMCG – they deliver high-quality packaging solutions that combine innovation with environmental responsibility.
Their recent acquisition has given them access to broader production capabilities and a larger client network, while maintaining their reputation as a creative, agile challenger in the market. With over 150 employees, they are now expanding their commercial function to continue their strong upward trajectory.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, your focus will be on generating and qualifying new business opportunities.
Typical order values range from £50K to £1M, with meetings being your main metric of success.
