RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand EPAM's Cyber Security offerings
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to shape solutions that address client needs
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
  • Represent EPAM at industry events, conferences and client meetings
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven track record in business development or sales within Cyber Security services
  • Strong network of contacts in financial services or life sciences sectors is highly desirable
  • Deep understanding of Cyber Security solutions, trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Results-driven mindset with a hunger for success
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field; advanced degree preferred
