Key responsibilities,dutiesand tasks


  • Supporting account management team in securing,retainingand developing our customer base

  • Research and business development

  • Engagement and prospecting

  • Outbound cold calling

  • Outbound calls to existing customers

  • Keep CRM up to date with contacts and activity

  • Marketing/Tele sales

  • Respond to enquiries and appoint meetings to the relevant parties

  • Manage multiple customer/prospect

  • Utilizationof CRM software

  • Manage the appointment booking process for Lunch and Learn sessions

  • MangeJust Eatrequests

  • Other sales projects asrequired

  • Number of quality conversations

  • Number ofonlineappointments booked

  • Number of F2F appointments booked

  • Acquirepotential new customers contact details and update existing
