6 Month Initial Contract

We're supporting a major pharmaceuticals client through finance and operational change and need an experienced Business Change Manager to work closely with the existing delivery team and drive effective change across AP Processing and Procure-to-Pay.

The Role

Lead business change activity across AP, P2P and finance operations.

Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, structure delivery and ensure adoption.

Support operating model redesign and process improvements.

Provide calm, articulate, professional leadership in a complex environment.

Shape comms, training, readiness and business engagement plans.

What You Need

Strong background in business change within finance transformation.

Understanding of AP / AP Processing / P2P (operational, not technical).

Consulting mindset with the ability to influence and manage ambiguity.

Level-headed, clear communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders.
