iO Associates are partnered with a UK police force who are currently undertaking a NICHE RMS transformation. We are seeking multiple Business Analysts with experience in policing technology and RMS platforms to support this NICHE programme.

Location: The Midlands

Contract Type: 6 Months

Rate/Salary: Negotiable

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for RMS transformation.
• Map current and future-state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Support data migration planning, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement across departments including frontline policing, IT, and governance.
• Ensure alignment with national policing standards, data protection, and compliance frameworks.
