Qualifications

Essential skills/ experience:: Experienced Financial Crime Change Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivery on medium to large scale projects within Financial Services

Essential
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as Business Analyst
- Experience of delivering medium to large scale Change/Transformation projects
- Working experience of delivering Financial Crime projects involving (but not limited to) KYC/CDD and/or customer screening
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (director level and above)
- Experience of eliciting and capturing business requirements
- Experience of creating detailed process maps
- Experience in directing junior Business Analysts within the team

Desirable
- Experience and exposure of all phases of a project lifecycle
- Ability to run project workshops
- Ability to capture requirements as user stories
- Ability to create process maps in BPMN format
