Job Description
  • Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of technology initiatives for an ERP implementation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business goals with technical solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the technology team and business units.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
The Successful Applicant
  • Demonstrated experience performing full end‑to‑end business analysis across multiple and/or complex projects, specifically ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of best‑practice analysis techniques, including process mapping, BPMN, requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, validation, and full requirements traceability.
  • Practical experience working with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with core project management practices, with the ability to contribute to risks and issues management, change control, and project reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
