Join a forward-thinking team at the heart of our data transformation journey. As a Business Analyst in our Data Delivery team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how data is used across the firm—driving smarter decisions, operational efficiency, and innovation.
You’ll work across business and technology teams to analyse processes, gather and define requirements, and support the delivery of high-quality data products. From strategic discovery work to hands‑on delivery support, you’ll help ensure our data initiatives are aligned with business needs and deliver real value.
Analyse and optimise business processes
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
Define functional and non-functional requirements
Support delivery teams with clear acceptance criteria
Enable change and user adoption through collaboration
Build strong relationships across IT and business functions
5–7 years’ experience in business analysis, ideally in legal or professional services
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
