We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join a forward-thinking team during an exciting phase of transformation. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a significant project that will shape the future of their institution. As part of its ongoing digital transformation, the University is revamping enterprise-wide systems, including Student Management, Finance, HR, and data governance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working closely with the Project Management team
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements.
  • Leading your own workstreams and contributing to a positive change culture
  • Collaborating across business areas to identify user needs and training gaps

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Business Analysis
  • Experience working on a large-scale transformation project
  • Experience working in Higher Education
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working on a Student Record System Implementation Project.
