Business Admin Lettings Apprentice

About Us has been helping people with property lettings, sales, and management across Leeds since 2010. Our friendly, experienced team makes sure our clients get great service every step of the way. Now, we’re looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join us and start their career in property!

The Role

You’ll be part of a busy office, supporting the lettings team and learning all about how the property business works. Most of your learning will be hands‑on — you’ll be doing real work, gaining real skills, and earning while you learn.

Hours & Pay

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours a week)
Pay: £14,722.50 in your first year (with potential increase depending on your age and progress)

Training

What You’ll Learn & Do
  • Chat with customers and colleagues by phone and email
  • Welcome visitors and help with enquiries
  • Keep things organised — from data entry to filing and scanning documents
  • Update property listings and use our in‑house computer systems
  • Work with spreadsheets and reports
  • Support the accounts team
  • Handle post and other office admin tasks
  • Learn to use our bespoke property software
  • Deliver amazing customer service every day
