A modern music education institution in Birmingham is seeking a Building & Technical Services Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining campus facilities and ensuring a safe environment for students and staff. This role includes managing a team, overseeing services and compliance with health and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing premises, strong leadership skills, and good knowledge of health and safety regulations. The position offers 25 days of holiday and a comprehensive benefits package.

As the Building & Technical Services Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our campus facilities and technical services are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our students and staff. You will lead a dedicated team, working to enhance the student experience through effective management of campus premises, equipment, and health and safety standards.
