J&T Business Consulting in Wolverhampton is seeking a Building Surveyor / Surveying Services Specialist to manage a diverse caseload of surveying instructions, conduct defect diagnosis surveys, and prepare costed schedules of works.

You will oversee repair projects with insurance claims experience valued but not essential. The role emphasizes innovation, ethical standards, and delivering market-leading service to insurers, loss adjusters, policyholders, and private clients.

Competenze

• Excellent knowledge of surveying-related principles.
• Experience within insurance claims is desirable, but not essential.
• Ideally MRICS/FRICS or MCIOB qualified, or actively working towards a professional qualification.

Mansioni

• Technical quality and delivery across all instructions.
• Administer JCT contracts, variations, payments, liquidated damages, and milestones.
• Provide exceptional customer service to loss adjusters, insurers, policyholders, and private clients.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to process improvements.
• Promote Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and RICS ethical standards.
• Adhere to SLAs and KPIs.
