J T is a firm recognised for technical excellence in surveying and claims management, delivering services across the UK to insurers, loss adjusters, policyholders and private clients. You will manage a diverse caseload of Surveying Services instructions, conduct defect surveys, prepare costed schedules of works, and oversee repair projects.

Experience in insurance claims is valuable but not essential; private client surveying is welcomed.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent surveying knowledge with a focus on defect diagnosis and accuracy.
• Experience with insurance claims is valuable but not essential.
• Familiarity with JCT contracts, variations, payments, and disputes.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality surveying services and accurate defect diagnosis.
• Administer JCT contracts, manage variations and valuations.
• Provide proactive customer service to loss adjusters, insurers, and clients.
• Share knowledge within the team and contribute to process improvements.
• Uphold TCF principles and RICS standards at all times.
• Meet SLAs and KPIs with compliant and timely service.
