J T in Leicester is seeking a technically skilled surveying professional to manage a diverse caseload of surveying instructions, including defect diagnosis surveys and costed works schedules. You will oversee repair project management while engaging with insurers, loss adjusters, and private clients.

Experience in insurance claims is valuable but non-insurance surveying experience is welcomed. A commitment to innovation and market-leading service is required.

Formación

• Excellent surveying knowledge with an insurance claims perspective desirable, not essential.
• Ideally MRICS/FRICS or MCIOB or working towards a professional designation.
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and contractual frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate high technical quality in defect diagnoses and delivery of surveying instructions.
• Administer JCT contracts, variations, valuations, and milestones.
• Provide clear communication with loss adjusters, insurers, policyholders, and private clients.
• Share knowledge and contribute to process improvements within the team.
