About the role

As Surveyor, you'll play a central role in ensuring homes are well maintained, compliant and safe. Working across a diverse property portfolio, you'll deliver high-quality surveying and asset management services while keeping customers at the heart of everything you do.

You'll work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and residents, helping to drive improvements and deliver outcomes that support thriving communities.

What you'll be doing

This role is a great mix of surveying, project delivery and customer engagement. Day to day, you'll be:

  • Inspecting homes and identifying repair, maintenance and improvement needs
  • Writing clear specs, schedules and reports to get works moving
  • Managing repairs, planned works and adaptations through to completion
  • Working closely with residents, contractors and internal teams
  • Carrying out inspections including disrepair, damp & mould and HHSRS
  • Making sure work is compliant, safe and delivered to a high standard
  • Keeping asset, budget and insurance-related information up to date
