A public sector client in Blunsdon St Andrew is seeking a Building Surveyor to deliver capital and planned maintenance projects. A client within the Public Sector based in Wiltshireis currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their Corporate Buildings team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a capital and planned maintenance environment.
Key purpose of the role is to deliver capital and planned maintenance projects across corporate and listed buildings, prepare and manage design and technical specifications, and administer construction contracts from inception to completion.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £50 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £40 per hour PAYE).
