Utility Infrastructure - Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure, for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.

Social Infrastructure -Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

Job Description

To coordinate and oversee all site activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on a site-by-site basis. This role involves managing resources—including materials, machinery, and personnel—while maintaining a customer-focused approach in all interactions with clients and their representatives. This position offers a clear career progression pathway for individuals aiming to advance to a Build Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Build Manager in completing the Programme of Works (POWs) and project scheduling.

Arrange defect visits and facilitate lessons learned sessions with field engineers and office staff.

Maintain and update internal trackers, schedules, and site data across both internal and client systems.

Download and manage client system data, including drawings, surveys, and datasheets.

Prepare and issue method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety packs, and Quality Plans.

Compile and distribute Handover Packs (HOPs) in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Source quotes and raise Purchase Orders (POs) for approval.

Request allocation of internal resources and collate job pack information for operative team leads.

Provide general administrative support as required by the Build Manager.

Ensure all company procedures and quality standards are implemented and maintained.

Liaise with the Commercial team to communicate potential financial impacts.

Communicate effectively and respectfully with staff, operatives, and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy filing systems.

Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • Good level of IT skills including Excel and Site Tracker
  • Experience working in the Telecommunications is essential
  • Knowledge in telecommunications specific materials and free-issue kit (FIK)
  • Experience managing field engineer on-the-dayqueries
  • Adept at manipulating client tools/reports is not essential but is advantageous
  • Health and Safety Qualifications - not essential but desirable.
