Be a part of our independent restaurant, a bustling venue in the heart of Battersea, known as a hotspot for brunch, lunch, and private events in South West London. We seek a strong leader to collaborate closely with our executive chef and guide a small team of three. This position is ideal for a sous chef ready to step up into a head chef role.

  • Conduct monthly stock takes.

  • Understand and manage GP margins.

  • Ensure cooking stations are adequately supplied.

  • Follow the executive chef’s guidance.

  • Lead and mentor the team.
