You will manage daily counter operations, coach the team, plan in-store and external events, oversee stock, and uphold brand presentation to boost sales and customer loyalty. This role requires weekend and flexible hours. Competitive commission scheme and staff discounts apply.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
• Passion for make-up and retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.

• Desire to provide a unique customer experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and holidays.
• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit sales goals.
• Provide waxing, tinting and tweezing services to customers.
• Develop in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Oversee stock levels and report concerns to minimize lost sales.
• Create monthly staff rotas and maintain visual standards across the counter.
