Benefit Cosmetics Boots Leeds is looking for a Full-time Counter Manager to lead Brow and Beauty Experts, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will motivate the team, execute daily briefings, and ensure excellent service at the counter.

As a Counter Manager, you will schedule staff, maintain counter presentation, run promotions, and collaborate with area managers to hit targets while upholding Benefit's standards and brand image.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Sales management: lead and motivate team to hit sales goals.
• Provide high quality customer service and product demonstrations.
• Schedule staff monthly to optimize coverage.
• Oversee stock and counter presentation.
