Job summary

Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager for Boots Blackpool. You will lead Brow and Beauty Experts, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will perform brow services, manage staff rosters, plan events, and maintain counter standards. Flexible weekend and holiday availability is required, with full training provided and a competitive commission scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Personally connect with customers to achieve sales targets and counter goals.
• Conduct daily team meetings and drive open communication.
• Develop in-store events and collaborations to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Ensure counter is stocked and report inventory concerns promptly.
• Oversee administration, scheduling, and smooth store operations.
• Maintain hygiene and presentation of the counter and displays.
