Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a full-time Counter Manager for Boots Harrogate to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will lead Brow and Beauty Experts, plan events, and ensure counter presentation and stock levels meet high standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Target-driven: connect with customers, demonstrate products, and achieve personal sales targets.
• Conduct daily team meetings and promote open communication.
• Develop in-store and external events through collaborations, product launches, and charity initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Stock optimisation: keep counter fully stocked and report shortages to minimise lost sales.
• Act as a key communicator between store/department managers and area managers.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly and annual administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
• Create effective monthly staff rotas to optimize coverage.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and housekeeping standards for counter and displays.
