Job summary

Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager in Bradford to lead Brow and Beauty Expert teams in Boots Bradford. You'll drive sales targets, deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing sales, coordinating staff rotas, offering brow services, planning in-store events, ensuring stock, and communicating with store and area managers to keep the counter performing at its best.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality
• Minimum 6 months of management experience
• Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and holiday periods

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals
• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Create fair monthly staff rotas and optimize coverage
• Develop in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness
• Ensure counter is fully stocked and report inventory concerns
• Communicate between store/department managers and area managers
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks
