Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to join our Boots Leeds counter. You will build real connections with customers, help achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional service on busy days.

You’ll perform brow services, demonstrate key products, and support promotional events while keeping the counter welcoming and aligned with brand standards. Flexible weekend availability and a commitment to training are required.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
• Passion for make-up and Retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Result-oriented, who likes a challenge and exceeding sales expectations.
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is required for this role with a passion sales success.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve individual retail sales goals and demonstrate products to drive sales.
• Provide brow waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to meet counter and business needs.
• Support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products and boost sales.
• Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist counter management with administration.
• Maintain a clean counter and displays to uphold brand standards.
