Job summary

Benefit Cosmetics in Bradford is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager (22.5 hours per week) to lead our Brow and Beauty Experts at Boots Bradford. You will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and mentor the team to hit ambitious targets while maintaining the highest service standards.

You should have a minimum of four years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality and at least six months of management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• At least 6 months of management experience.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Lead Brow and Beauty Experts to hit sales goals and maintain high service standards.
• Brow Services: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Target-Driven Sales: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to counter goals.
• Team Motivation: Run daily team meetings and maintain open communication.
• Brand events: Organise in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Stock Optimisation: Ensure counter is well-stocked and report inventory concerns.
