Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic and sales-driven attitude.
• Experience in retail or hospitality with a focus on sales targets.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.
• Minimum 4 years of customer service in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Provide waxing, tinting and tweezing services to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Drive personal and counter sales through product demonstrations and customer engagement.
• Conduct daily team meetings and communicate between store, department and area managers.
• Develop in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Maintain stock levels and report shortages to prevent lost sales.
• Oversee administrative tasks and staff scheduling to support sales goals.
