Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager at Flannels Metro Centre in Gateshead to lead Brow and Beauty Experts, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage stock, coach the team, plan daily operations and events to boost brand presence, with flexible weekend hours and a focus on achieving targets and creating lasting customer connections. This role requires energy, excellent communication and a passion for beauty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and sales-driven personality.
• Passion for make-up and beauty retail.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals, ensuring high service standards.
• Brow Services: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Target-Driven Sales: Connect with customers, demonstrate products with passion, and achieve personal sales targets.
• Teamwork and Motivation: Conduct daily team meetings and recognize achievements to meet targets.
• Business Growth: Develop in-store events, product launches, and collaborations to boost sales.
• Stock Optimisation: Maintain full stock, monitor inventory, and report concerns to minimise lost sales.
• Communication Leadership: Act as a key communicator between store managers and area managers.
• Efficient Administration: Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and annual admin tasks.
• Staff Scheduling Excellence: Create fair monthly rotas to optimise coverage for sales goals.
• Brand Presentation: Maintain hygiene and displays for a professional shopping environment.
