Qualifications

• Experience in Copper, FTTP, Provisioning, Faults, Overhead, or Underground installation work.
• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points) required.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads.

Responsibilities

• Install broadband services (Copper or FTTP).
• Conduct fault finding, testing & diagnostics.
• Perform fibre splicing or copper jointing.
• Resolve customer faults and complete repairs.

Skills

Experience working on the Openreach network

Good understanding of broadband installation and fault repair
