Job summary

Telefónica Tech, part of the Telefónica Group, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for an all-on-site role based in Bristol. You will be the first contact for customers, performing on-site support for desk, wall, and floor ports, WAPs, printers, AV equipment, and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience as on-site IT engineer or busy service desk.
• AV equipment experience is advantageous.
• Right to work in the UK and eligibility for BPSS/SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and triage for customer environments, including desks, AV equipment, and network devices.
• Liaise with offsite teams for incident escalation and remote diagnostics.
• Perform regular on-site checks, monitoring, and ticket logging with vendors as needed.
• Support installation and commissioning of network gear at customer premises and document activities.
