Job summary

Aimeewillow is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join the expanding team in Warrington. This office-based role supports the Business Development Manager by managing broker relationships, progressing deals, and driving growth.

Key duties include lead generation, market research, CRM record keeping, and coordinating meetings for the BDM. Strong bridging finance knowledge and proactive, results-driven attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Bridging finance knowledge relevant to lending criteria and market dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Confident in pursuing leads, overcoming objections, and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for brokers and introducers, handling inquiries promptly.
• Progress deals by following up on terms, converting interest into applications, and addressing objections.
• Assist brokers in packaging loan applications with complete and accurate documents.
• Support the BDM in managing relationships with new, existing, and lapsed introducers.
