Job summary

Aimee Willow Connex Ltd in Warrington is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and grow the bridging finance sales function. You will drive broker relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and align underwriting with commercial objectives to deliver higher loan completions.

The role requires strong leadership, KPI setting, and the ability to translate market opportunities into scalable sales plans. This is a full-time, office-based position with accountability for revenue growth and risk management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own monthly/annual completion targets and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Lead the sales function, set KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews.
• Manage broker relationships, establish introducer networks and prioritise key partners.
• Develop and execute a sales growth strategy across geography and channels.
• Chair pipeline meetings with Underwriters and Portfolio Manager to align credit policy.
• Produce regular sales reports and maintain pipeline visibility for Directors.
