This office-based role provides essential support to the Business Development Manager and the wider team in managing broker relationships, progressing deals, and driving growth.

The position focuses on lead generation, market research, and maintaining accurate CRM records while coordinating meetings for the BDM and drafting sales materials.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of bridging finance products and lending criteria.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for brokers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for brokers and introducers.
• Progress deals by following up terms and converting interest into applications.
• Assist brokers in packaging loan applications and collecting documents.
• Generate leads through outreach to brokers and property professionals.
• Record activities in the CRM and coordinate meetings for the BDM.
